Important Notice

September 10, 2024

Dear Patients,

I want to express my deepest gratitude to each of you for allowing me to care for you and your families over the years. It is with a heavy heart that I inform you, that I will be leaving my practice in December 2024 as I am relocating outside of British Columbia. It has been an incredible honour to serve as your family physician for the past four years, and the relationships we’ve built mean so much to me.

Ensuring your continued care is my top priority. I am pleased to announce that my esteemed colleague, Dr. Arshad Javed, who is the wonderful family physician at Canway Medical Center (located in the same building/address as Saha Medical Clinic), has kindly agreed to take over my patients starting in January 2025. As I am the sole practitioner at Saha Medical Clinic, this clinic will close in December. Your medical records will automatically be transferred to Dr. Javed, ensuring a seamless transition for those of you who choose to stay. If you prefer to transfer your care to another clinic or physician, please let us know by November 30th, 2024, and we will assist with transferring your records. After that, you could get your records transferred from Dr. Javed’s office.

The last day of Saha Medical Clinic will be December 12th , 2024. In-person appointments will be available until October 25, 2024, and then Phone or Video visits until December 12th, 2024. Those requiring in-person care during this time can visit a local walk-in clinic. Teri, my fantastic Medical Office Assistant, will continue to help you with scheduling, and you can still book appointments through our website or by email, as usual.

If you would like to transition to Dr. Javed’s care starting in January, please schedule an appointment with him by calling his office after December 2024 at: 604-334-9507 or 604-428-9294.

You can visit a local Public Health clinic or check Dr. Javed’s availability for babies needing vaccinations in November and December.

I will always cherish my time in beautiful BC and am deeply grateful for your trust, kindness, and support. I hope to have the chance to say goodbye in person or virtually before mid-December. I wish you and your families all the best.

With sincere regards,
Dr. Saha
